Maison en Chartreuse

PBM Design Studio à réalisé cette magnifique réhabilitation d’une maison en chartreuse à Montmartre au sein d’un très beau jardin. Pour cette mission, nous avons intégré l’expertise toute particulière du scan 3D de notre partenaire "Repérage" afin de faciliter l’étude architecturale et l’organisation du chantier. La maison d’une cinquantaine de m2 se compose d’un niveau supérieur en rez-de-jardin avec cuisine ouverte sur un mini-salon avec terrasse et d’un niveau inférieur semi-enterré composé d’une chambre/bureau, d’une salle de bain et d’une pièce à vivre avec sellier.

Nous avons accompagné le client de la conception à la maitrise d’œuvre, pour créer cet ensemble simple et chaleureux dans un budget limité.

PBM Design Studio realized this magnificent rehabilitation of a "chartreuse" house in Montmartre integrated in a lovely garden. For this mission we have integrated the particular expertise of the 3D scan of our partner "Repérage" in order to facilitate the architectural study and the organization of the building site. The house of about fifty square meters is composed of an upperlevel on the garden level with an open kitchen and a small living room with a terrace and a lowerlevel semi-buried composed of a bedroom/office, a bathroom and a living room with a saddlery.

We have accompanied the client from the design to the project management, to create this simple and warm place a tight budget.
