Un lieu incontournable à Carantec, le restaurant du chef étoilé Patrick Jeffroy qui manie

avec surprise et une grande créativité les produits de son terroir.

L'ambition du projet était de prolonger cette même expérience dans une décoration hors normes. La salle panoramique s'ouvre sur la baie de Morlaix, c'est alors que le plafond telle une vague, une onde déferlante s'invite dans l'espace pour se prolonger dans la grande salle, donnant naissance à un lustre tout en lumière. Les tonalités blanches et grises aux accents de boiserie sont rehaussées de tons orangés-rouille pour un caractère chaleureux. L'authenticité des matériaux nobles (boiserie, Corian, feutre, verre, miroir, ...) se confondent avec les effets de surprise amenés par les feutres décoratifs de Sonia Lutz, les suspensions en forme d'oursin et de tentacule, les rideaux aux motifs de lichen. Autant d'éléments inspirés de la mer et du paysage de la côte.

L'exploit technique de la réalisation revient à l'agenceur Transformeurs et Partenaires, qui a accompagné le chef Patrick Jeffroy depuis de nombreuses années dans la transformation de ce lieu unique.

An inescapable place in Carantec, the chef Patrick Jeffroys Michelin-starred restaurant works is local products with surprise and great creativity.

The aim of the project was to extend this same experience in a non-standard design. The panoramic dining room opens to the Bay of Morlaix, the ceiling takes the shape of a wave and  extend to the hall to create a luminous chandelier. The white and gray tones of the woodwork are enhanced by orange-rust tones to give a warm atmosphere. The authenticity of the hight quality materials (wood, Corian, felt, glass, mirror, ...) mets the Sonia Lutz decorative felts, the tentacles and sea urchin shaped suspensions and the lichen pattern of the curtains. So many elements inspired by the sea and the coastal landscape.

The technical achievemenst are made by Transformers and Partners who accompanied the Mr. Patrick Jeffroy for many years for the transformation of this unique place.
